2005 Ft. Lauderdale
Ft. Lauderdale
Hyatt Regency Pier 66
When we disembarked from the Regal Princess, we didn't go straight home. Rather, we stayed a half week in Ft. Lauderdale
to look around leisurely, since we so frequently fly into this town to get on ships. We took a balcony room near the top, that
overlooked the port entrance, so we were able to watch the cruise ships going in and out. Nice area to hang around in, if
you're flying in to board a ship. We'd recommend to come a day or two early, and stay at this hotel. Beaches are not far away,
and there are water taxi tours of the intercoastal waterway of this place that bills itself as the yacht capital of the world.
